LUXSILK Keratin Botox Infused No.2 Silk Straightening Treatment is a new-generation professional keratin treatment formulated with hydrolysed keratin, wheat protein and collagen. It helps smooth and straighten curly or frizzy hair while improving softness, shine, moisture and manageability.
The treatment may also be used to dilute a compatible nanoplasty treatment when required by a trained hair professional. The packaging describes the formula as containing 0% formaldehyde.

How to Use:
1. Wash and massage the hair with Luxsilk Preparation Clarifying Cleanser before treatment.
2. Wash chemically treated hair twice and virgin hair three times.
3. Rinse thoroughly and towel-dry the hair.
4. Shake the treatment bottle well before use.
5. Apply the treatment evenly throughout the hair, maintaining a distance of approximately 0.5cm from the scalp.
6. Place the hair under a heating cap or suitable heat accelerator for 30–60 minutes, depending on the hair’s condition and texture.
7.  Once the hair has been processed, remove the heat source and allow the hair to cool naturally.
8.  Lightly rinse the hair with lukewarm water for approximately three seconds to reduce stickiness.
9.  Do not completely rinse out the treatment and do not use shampoo at this stage.
10.  Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair until it is completely dry.
 For healthy or resistant hair, flat-iron slowly from roots to ends at 220–240°C (428–464°F) for 3–5 rounds, passing over each section twice per round.
 For damaged hair, reduce the temperature to 180–200°C (356–392°F) and flat-iron for 2–4 rounds, passing over each section twice per round.
11.  Wait 48 hours before washing the hair.  After 48 hours, wash and condition the hair with Luxsilk Daily Shampoo and Conditioner.

Conduct a strand test before applying the product to the entire head.
Wear suitable protective gloves throughout preparation and application.
Apply in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhaling vapour produced during heating or flat-ironing.
Do not apply directly to the scalp.
Do not use on an irritated, sensitive or damaged scalp.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
Discontinue use if significant irritation or discomfort occurs.
Do not exceed the temperature appropriate for the condition of the hair.
