Shipping within Auckland: 1 Business Day.

Shipping to North Island: 1-2 Business Days.

Shipping to South Island: 2-3 Business Days.

A rural surcharge will apply if necessary.

Shipping surcharge may apply when the order finalized depending on the size of goods and the area sending to. We may contact you if extra payment required.

The condition of fragile items(included but not subjected to machines, delicate equipment, and glass) when the customer received is not guaranteed. If the order is delayed or damaged, it will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the courier company. We may help to contact the courier company on behalf of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. It's a one-off cost item by the courier company.
