HLB Hair Straightening Solution is a two-step professional straightening and perming system designed to soften, reshape and set the hair for a smooth, straight and polished finish.
Agent A is the softening lotion and contains thioglycolic acid to help soften the hair structure before straightening. Agent B is the neutralising lotion and contains hydrogen peroxide to help set the hair into its newly straightened shape. The formula also contains conditioning ingredients and silicones to help reduce dryness, frizz, yellowing and breakage during the professional straightening process while improving softness, shine and manageability.
This is a strong professional chemical system. Processing time, flat-iron temperature and overall suitability must be determined by a professionally trained hairdresser after assessing the client’s hair and scalp.

How to Use:
1. Assess the condition, elasticity and chemical history of the hair before beginning the service.
2. Perform a strand test to determine whether the hair is suitable and to estimate the required processing time.
3. Shampoo the hair without using conditioner.
4. Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair until it is approximately 70–80% dry.
5. Wear suitable protective gloves throughout the service.
6. Apply Agent A evenly to the hair, keeping approximately 1cm away from the scalp and roots.
* For normal hair, process for approximately 5–15 minutes.
* For resistant hair, process for approximately 15–25 minutes.
*Check the hair continuously during processing because this is a strong softening product.
7. Rinse Agent A out immediately if the hair reaches the required softness early or shows signs of weakness, excessive stretching or damage.
8. Once the hair is properly softened, rinse thoroughly with water only.
* Do not use shampoo.
9. Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair until it is approximately 80% dry.
10. Straighten the hair with a professional flat iron.
11. Adjust the flat-iron temperature and number of passes according to the condition of the hair.
12. Allow the hair to cool naturally after straightening.
13. Apply Agent B evenly to the straightened hair.
14. Comb through carefully to keep the hair smooth, straight and evenly covered.
15. Leave Agent B on for approximately 10–15 minutes.
16. Rinse the hair thoroughly with water only after the setting time is complete.
* Do not use shampoo.
17. Towel-dry and style the hair as desired.
* Do not shampoo the hair for 24–48 hours after the treatment to help maintain the straightening result.
Cautions:

Read and follow all supplied instructions carefully before use.
Conduct a strand test before every application.
