How to Use:
1. Mix the lightening powder with developer in a non-metallic bowl.
2. Standard mixing ratio is 1:2 (powder to developer). For certain techniques or colder conditions, a 1:1.5 ratio may be used.
3. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
4. Process according to the desired level of lift, checking the hair regularly throughout the service.
5. Once the desired lightness is achieved, rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition the hair.
